ZHUOYU, established in Foshan, China in September 2021, is a specialized private-label manufacturer of professional nail gel products. Our core range covers gel polish, builder gel, cat-eye gel, base and top coats, hard gel, BIAB (builder-in-a-bottle) and 3D sculpture gel — with a strong focus on HEMA-free and TPO-free, vegan, CPSR-certified formulas developed for the EU and global markets.
Operating from a 3,100 m² facility with 3 production lines and 28 machines, we launch over 600 new formulas a year and serve brand owners, retailers, wholesalers and manufacturers across North America, Northern Europe, the Middle East and Western Europe. Backed by 2 postgraduate R&D engineers and 3 dedicated QA/QC inspectors, every batch is fully traceable and quality-checked across the full production line.
